Send a WhatsApp broadcast
Send an approved template to many contacts, and check the cost before it goes out.

- Open Broadcasts and choose New broadcast.
- Pick an approved template.
- Choose recipients: search and tick contacts, add a HubSpot list, or start from a CRM segment's Broadcast button.
- Create the draft. You'll see the estimated cost and your credit balance.
- Choose Send now.
Each message lands in the recipient's conversation, so replies come back to the inbox. A broadcast stops if your credits run out; top up and resend to reach the rest.
